Detailed Design or Design Refinement

Or maybe "This is where the rubber hits the road."

In this phase design is refined and plans, specifications and estimates are created. Materials are decided, colors or paint and wood stain are selected. Other items could include how an overhead structure or seat wall is constructed. Is the seat wall made with natural  stone? Or is it a decorative concrete block? Do you want a premium grade artificial turf? or is it more important to allocate funds to the patio planting as you see that from the house, and you will be using it more. 

If you are working with a Design Team, an Opinion of Cost could be created here. Though frequently in residential Landscape Design, the Detailed Design package, which can include options, are given to contractors pricing. Once the contractor has supplied a construction budget, then there may be additional design services to make changes.

Detailed Design  starting at $800.00. Cost for full construction/permit documents are available upon request.
